You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such Content.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and we do not endorse any third-party products or services.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWA APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewa Apps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
